Issue #9: A new place opens by Walmart (UNKNOWN NAME)

 A new place opens by the Walmart on Wilder Road. 

The new place is unknown and is not in the plaza next to Walmart. I've found out that this new place looks like a restaurant. Every day when I go to Walmart, I see the new place get more built each day.
